Vitalis has more than 14 years’ experience in Financial, Accounting and Tax and Business Advisory, of which more than 8 years is in public sector.

Well qualified with extensive experience, high calibre expertise and proven leadership skills with several years of progressive work exposure in public sector accounting and auditing. He joined the company as Director for finance and assurance services. He spent three years at Deloitte & Touch. He also spent three and half years at Ditsibi Consultancy and Technologies where he held various positions and the recent being the Senior Manager. Possess critical analytical skills and ability to analyse and resolve situations accurately and effectively and has valuable accounting and auditing exposure. Has experience on Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (IFRS equivalent in public sector).

He has ability to lead big projects and manage a lot of staff members. He also assisted in preparing and managing the statutory audits and providing assistance to clients on the Auditor General queries audits. He was also involved in the review of accounting policies in accordance with GRAP and other regulatory and requirements and guidelines.
