Currently, STAP Sigma, the brand, is carried through two core legal formations. STAP Sigma Attest Inc, is an assurance and audit firm that is registered with Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors “IRBA” and South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, “SAICA”. STAP Sigma Attest Inc is solely responsible for the provision of statutory and voluntary external audit (reasonable assurance) services, Agreed-Upon Procedures, Review Engagements and any other limited assurance engagements.
STAP Sigma Advisory Pty Ltd is a group company that delivers on all business consulting and advisory services, including but not limited to Taxation, Internal Auditing, Governance and Risk Advisory, IT Audit and Consulting, Corporate Finance, Due Diligence and Transaction Advisory, Asset Management, Accounting and Financial Reporting, Company Secretariat Services, Financial and any other Business Technical Support, Training, Audit Quality Support, Business Processes and Strategies Support, etc. The brand was launched by a team that is highly experienced, passionate, enthusiastic and qualified to deliver corporate finance services, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Performance Audits, External Audit, IT Audit and Consulting, Taxation Services and other forms of business advisory services that are non-conventional.

The program involves among other things capacitation, training, skills transfer and subcontracting as a way to develop and avail opportunities. Considering the fact that we are formally an EDB partner of PwC and the fact that our staff acquired relevant experience from prior employments, we are highly confident to take any challenge and engagement in the market, knowing very well that quality shall never be compromised.
